Physics: We worked on the speeding up/slowing down activity in class, discussing how we can identify graphically if an object is speeding up and slowing down. We then used these graphs to determine that the signs (+/-) are the same for velocity and acceleration when the object is speeding up, and opposite when slowing down.

Tomorrow we will use this knowledge to create motion maps to show this motion.

Chemistry: We have two different things going on. the Temperature-Pressure Lab we were working on was not going well for 3rd hour class, so today we redid it. 7th hour was able to collect some good data yesterday, so today they just watched a video. Tomorrow we will be in the computer lab printing graphs and analyzing them in class.

AP Chemistry: We finished our lecture on Chapter 4. We spent the rest of the hour today working on homework, which we will also do tomorrow. In a Correction from earlier this week, the AP lab for next Monday is in fact the Analysis of Silver in an Alloy Lab.

Physical Science: Today, after going over last nights homework, we did an activity to measure the density of water. Students need to complete the post-lab portion of the activity for class tomorrow.
